Changes in Packages & Pricing

One Touch Website reserves the right to revise service packages, pricing, or features at any time. Any changes will apply only to new orders. Existing orders placed before the revised pricing will continue under the agreed terms.
Work will commence only after payment is received. Clients are responsible for providing timely content and information.
• No response for 30 days → Project put on hold
• No response for 180 days → Project treated as closed

Late or Non-Payment Policy

• Restarting a project stopped due to non-payment will incur an ₹5,000 administrative fee.
• Support will be suspended 7 days after the due date.
• Services will be suspended after 14 days.
• Data and website will be permanently deleted after 30 days.
• Chargebacks will result in immediate termination and data deletion.
• Clients are responsible for maintaining updated contact and billing information.

Client Communication & Updates

All communication is conducted using the contact details provided by the client. One Touch Website is not responsible for missed updates due to outdated contact information.

Spam Policy

We follow a strict zero-tolerance policy against spam or unsolicited commercial emails. Any violation may lead to immediate suspension or termination of services, penalties, and legal action if necessary. Mass mailing, SMTP abuse, and spam scripts are strictly prohibited.

Prohibited Use of Services

Clients must use our services only for lawful purposes. Prohibited activities include:
• Illegal content or activities
• Copyright or trademark violations
• Unauthorized data collection
• Harmful, abusive, or pornographic content
• Activities that threaten network or system security

System & Network Security Abuse

Any attempt to compromise server or network security—such as malware distribution, hacking attempts, resource abuse, or unauthorized access—may result in immediate termination and legal action.

Restricted Scripts & Programs

Scripts that consume excessive system resources, compromise security, or interfere with server performance are not allowed. Websites using excessive CPU or RAM may be suspended until resolved.

Data Backup & Responsibility

Clients are solely responsible for maintaining backups of their data. While we may take periodic backups for restoration purposes, One Touch Website is not liable for data loss.

Ownership & Intellectual Property

• Web Server, CMS, Database & Source Code: Owned by One Touch Website
• HTML/CSS/JavaScript & Visual Design: Not transferred to the client
• Text Content: Owned by One Touch Website unless agreed otherwise in writing
• Client-Provided Images & Content: Owned by the client
• Domain Name: Usage rights only; legal ownership remains with the registrar
Clients are granted a license to use the website, not ownership of source code or systems.

Web Hosting & Domain Access

Web hosting is complimentary where mentioned and credentials are not shared for security reasons. Domain credentials may be shared only upon written request, with full responsibility transferred to the client.

Support covers limited control panel and server-related assistance. Third-party software support must be handled by respective vendors.

Third-Party Software Installation

Clients installing third-party software do so at their own risk. Any security issues arising from such installations may result in immediate service termination.

Limitation of Liability

One Touch Website is not liable for:
• Server downtime
• Data loss
• Business losses or missed profits
• Indirect or consequential damages
Service termination is the maximum remedy in all cases.

Warranty Disclaimer

All services are provided “as-is” without any guarantees of uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or specific business outcomes.

Copyright & Trademark
