Once all requirements are discussed and confirmed, we initiate the project immediately and begin work. As resources, time, and expertise are allocated from the moment work starts, any payment made after confirmation is strictly non-refundable.

We accept payments through all standard payment methods approved by One Touch Website. Since projects are initiated only after client approval and active communication, there is no provision for partial or full refunds under any circumstances.

By availing our services, you agree to abide by this Refund & Cancellation Policy. One Touch Website reserves the right to suspend or terminate services if a client violates any of our policies. In such cases, the termination will not be eligible for any refund.
